"There are many ways to ensure consumer satisfaction, however, one of the top ways that I have experienced is by providing value to the consumer and solving a need that they have. For example, with Hill's nutrition brand, the need is for canine and feline food that is wholesome with healthy ingredients that will keep them healthy. It is known that some pet food is not good for them to ingest, so having a commitment to healthy food for pets is one way to bring satisfaction because there is a need for it."
