Some of the Colgate-Palmolive companies in the umbrella under the main brand are Hill's Pet Nutrition, Filorga, and Skin Health Group. Do your research on their website and locate which company the position you are applying for would be working under. It is always a good idea to have knowledge of some of the other brands in the organization as there may be a time you transition to another brand during your employment.
