"This position sounds very exciting, and I understand that all roles come with their challenges. If I had to comment on potential challenges, I think the biggest one will be to learn this new industry and the language that comes with communicating with your clients. I am confident; however that I will meet your expectations as I am a quick and diligent learner."

"As in many industries, I believe that the biggest challenge in business is competing with all of the global e-commerce based organizations. They have less overhead and thus, can offer lower pricing. With that said, I do believe that Cintas Corporation does a great job when it comes to building value for your customers."

The biggest challenge that I foresee would be the challenge of selling a service. I have experience in selling a service, and from my experience, I have found that it is more difficult to sell something that you cannot touch, feel or even see versus something that is sold on company reputation.

Rachelle's Feedback
Cintas sells services; however, most you can see (clean uniforms, for instance). Try digging deeper with this particular question and uncover what you believe to be the biggest pain point for Cintas (for instance, what do you think would be the most common objection in the sales process?)

This is what I find most exciting about this position. Cintas serves every type of company, from hospitals to restaurants to hotels, all of which have tight deadlines, large product needs, and varying hours. This is made even more challenging with COVID-19. Cintas practically sells itself - facility services and PPE products are crucial now more than ever.

Stephanie's Feedback
While your knowledge of Cintas is evident, this response should reflect a deeper understanding of the challenges that occur in the commercial services industry (beyond the COVID pandemic, which has unfortunately impacted every industry). What specific challenges do you anticipate in the commercial services industry, and how will you work to mitigate those challenges?
