"From what I've learned from you and your team today, some of the biggest priorities in this role will be leading project design phases all the way through prototyping. Along with this will come the day-to-day design analyses, development of written protocols, and validation testing of game-changing medical devices in the orthopedic space. I want you to be confident in my ability to manage this plethora of activities, as I've proven my ability to do this over the last six years of my career as a mechanical engineer. As part of the CONMED team, leading projects teams will be a top priority and I'll conquer this by being highly organized in my approach with the use of a solid project management tool. I'll join your team with the ability to delegate duties to the strengths of the team and be an open leader when setting deadlines.
