"Time management is important for meeting deadlines and being successful. While there are general activities that are ongoing in my current role, I strive to put the needs of my customers first. When necessary, I adapt and remain flexible in my time management. For the past year, our workload has almost doubled due to staffing shortages and increased business. I managed this by handling one task at a time and remaining focused on the long goals. While it may have been difficult at times to not worry about other things, a focused mindset ensured the highest quality work out of me."
