"One of our leaders asked me to step into a team project I wasn't part of. They were struggling, and it was clear they wouldn't meet their deadline. An inexperienced supervisor had assigned different members of the team to tasks that didn't play to their strengths. I stepped in, evaluated what was happening, restructured the team by reassigning tasks, and then coached them on the impact of their roles. We met that deadline in the end.
