      - Building an inclusive culture. To meet this desire, Amazon has more than a dozen affinity groups that are employee-created and led. These include Amazon People with Disabilities, Body Positive Peers, Asians@Amazon, Black Employee Network, Amazon Women in Engineering, and many more.

      - Developing the pipeline and hiring the best talent. Amazon recognizes that there is a diversity issue in the tech industry. They are working hard to solve this issue by launching a career program focused on inspiring and teaching millions of underprivileged and underrepresented students about computer science.
