When I call them, what will your references say about your communication skills?
The security services industry requires professionals who are highly skilled in communication. Being an exceptional communicator means that you clearly give and receive messages, you actively listen, and you can read your audience and pick up on social queues. Discuss what you believe your references will say about your communication skills.
"I believe my references would say that I am a good listener and like to give advice only when asked. I am also great with detail, making me an effective trainer for our new hires."
"When you call my references, they will say that I am always improving my skills in written and oral communication. English is a second language for me, so I must continue learning and improving. I pick up on social queues, and people enjoy being around me."
If you have a letter of recommendation from your references, or a past employee performance review that highlights your communication skills, be sure to mention that in your response. When you have another person commenting on your exceptional skills, it carries more weight than if you mention what you think they might say. It is also recommended to make copies of any letters of recommendation or employee performance reviews to give the interviewer during your interview.

That's great that your references would speak favorably about your communication skills, but I suggest developing this response more. In the "Revised Answer" section, I've included an example.
My references would say that I have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. I am able to communicate with a wide variety of people, use respectful language. I am prompt on email and I am always professional. My language skills would be a great asset to Allied Universal.
