Allied Universal knows that exceptional security services are all about customer service and the level of service they provide to each of their valued clients.
Walk the interviewer through any formal customer service training you have received in the past. Maybe you have trained yourself by reading books on the subject, listening to podcasts, or reading articles online. Perhaps you have worked in retail, or hospitality, where you received on-the-job training on how to relate to a customer, be helpful, properly greet people, or diffuse conflict.
As well trained as you may be, it's also essential that you show the interviewer your continued interest in bettering your customer service delivery. If you are unsure about the training you will receive with Allied Universal, you can ask for specifics.

"I would love to know more about the customer service training you offer at Allied Universal. I have a great instinct when it comes to delivering customer service, partly due to my personality and the excellent training I received in my last security position. I can confidently read a person, discover their needs, and uncover ways that I can help."

"I am newer to my career, so I cannot say that I have received any customer service-specific training; however, I have listened to podcasts on the subject - primarily 'The Modern Customer' podcast. I would be happy to take any training that you recommend and would like to learn more about the training offered here at Allied Universal. I look forward to serving your valued clients."

The interviewer wants to see if you are formally trained in providing exceptional customer service. If you have any certifications related to this training, it is a good idea to mention that to the interviewer. Better yet, if you have received awards or recognition for your customer service skills, focus on relaying that information to the interviewer.
