Working in the airline industry, I have encountered a lot of sudden changes such as delays, and I am aware that when that happens I have to be flexible and adapt to the situation at hand. Very often we will be on the receiving end of some unhappy customers and so keeping a positive mindset is essential to the smooth functioning of the flight.
