I like to bring positive energy to work from the get-go, so showing common courtesy and demonstrating a willingness to do the work, and being helpful are ways to earn their trust rapidly. Reliability is very important to me so I try and show them that I can be relied upon.

Starting with a positive "can-do" attitude and showing respect to others is a great place to start. In addition, finding ways to contribute to the team and showing that you're reliable by doing what you say you'll do demonstrates to the team that you're trustworthy.
