When have you had to lead by example?

"A long time ago, I played a trick on myself to funnel the energy that fuels my stress triggers, shift my attitude and focus, and utilize that energy as adrenaline. So, I always set the pace at work, and keep my chin up with a cheerful disposition. So, by nature, I am often leading by example. Believing that we can all do what other says can't be done, and turning the odds in our favor."
