"In my current position, I collaborate with our offices in the U.S., Canada, Scotland, and Finland. It was a struggle at first to always remember what day and time others were working in; however, I now have a great desktop application that tracks this for me so I have quick reference to rely on for the information that I need. Also, I am very patient, especially anytime there is a language barrier. Everyone wants to feel understood. That's my aim. To understand and to anticipate need."
