"Ideally, I prefer a flexible working environment. I am very self-aware and prefer certain work conditions for different goals. For example, when performing more solitary cerebral work, I like to have Mozart on in the background, have my cat nearby for the necessary microbreak, and have my app playing forest sounds in the background., All of these, with my coffee at hand, ensure optimal productivity. Whereas for more team-oriented projects, in-person or via Zoom works best for me. But having the flexibility and being trusted to be self-managed in my work is important to me."
