What does integrity mean to you?
Questions such as these are primarily aimed at determining whether you would be able to adhere to, without any exceptions, their code of ethical conduct. You can find 3M's code of conduct easily online. Before your interview, familiarize yourself with this, and how it aligns with your current or previous employer's code of ethics or conduct. You basically want to show them your character, and that you can be trusted to be an asset to the company who protects the company's assets, including their reputation.
