You can also provide examples of how you communicated or interacted with subordinates or colleagues each day. Did you communicate primarily face-to-face, via formal meetings, video conferences, etc? What was the outcome of your interaction with team members or others? For example, were tasks or projects completed on time? Did you avoid unnecessary rework or conflict? Did you develop a strong team bond and positive atmosphere?
