If you have made it to the interview, you must have the credentials needed for the job. The interviewer can look on your resume to see where you went to school and what certifications you have, but they want to hear from you what program you attended and what degree and certifications you have. Tell the interviewer how your schooling prepared you for a career as a vascular technologist.

"I received my bachelor's degree in vascular technology from Oregon Tech two years ago, and am a Registered vascular technologist through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. It was an extensive program, and the didactic, clinical, and externship prepared me to begin my career as a vascular technologist. I also have my current BLS certification and have been certified for the past ten years."
