I learned to be in charge of a clinic. I learned to work in challenging situations. I worked in an environment where a shortage of staff was happening every day, so I learned to organize my day well and change the priorities as many new things happening during the shift. I learned to be very detail-oriented and competent at interpersonal skills since each surgeon required a different way to report about their patients.
