My job, in general, is difficult. I have one very difficult student. Most of the teachers complain about him. I fight for him, though. His mom is challenging too. I always talk to teachers about his concerns, and I work them out in different ways depending on the teacher.
In the past, he couldn't stand his English class. Now it's his favorite class, and I think a lot of that is because of the work I've done. I've developed a really good relationship with his mom, too because I listen and take her concerns seriously.
