I have always been recognized as a good leader by my peers. I have strong analytical skills, effective communication, as well as the ability to work as a team. My peers often complimented me that my energy and passion went ahead of me. I successfully motivated and inspired my coworkers to sign up for the heart walk as a captain. Our heart-walk team last year was on the top ten list of UWMC hospital activities.
