"In 5 years, I see myself on track and proving myself to be fit for leadership or supervisory role within the TSA. This progression may begin as a screener and then a lead role where I would supervise the rotation of screeners and take control of some issues that arise. Later, I could see myself in a supervisor role that includes the overall management of the floor and checkpoints. I have excelled during many leadership opportunities in my career and genuinely enjoy taking on a leadership function."
