I would say I have not had any opportunity to make many cold calls, however, at ____ we utilize WhatsApp Service to sell to customers who are not able to come into the store and potentially were not able to buy a product from us previously. I have been able to sell to customers by showing them products that may have been similar to what they previously wanted, explaining the benefits, and why it would be the right fit for them.
