I would say I'm someone who likes to learn about the products in the store I'm working in. I feel more confident when I'm able to answer a customer's questions and help them find what it is they are looking for. I think I have good problem-solving skills as well. For example, if a customer can't find what they need I try to come up with other suggestions for them.
