Airlines must follow very strict protocols on the type of cargo that they transport, and the entire Ramp Agent crew needs to be extremely detailed when inspecting baggage and cargo boarding each flight. On the busies of days, it can be easy to take shortcuts and not do your due diligence, but your interviewer needs to hear that you are resourceful, organized, and efficient in your work to be as detail orientated as possible.
