What do you see as the most important product development team-based part of your role as a principal product manager?

"I feel that as a principal product manager, the most valuable thing I can do is make sure everyone is properly informed and aligned with the vision for the product and the details of the features and product roadmap. Teams should feel confident that they are building the right things at the right time for the right reasons and I see it as my primary responsibility to foster that confidence. Once that is in place, the teams I work with can focus on making sure they develop the products in the most valuable way."
