Everyone matters and that includes their voice, opinions, concerns, and access to the quality care and treatment that they need. For me, it also means that we work and function as one unit. No matter your job title at the NHS, you are important and matter to other staff and the patients we serve. Every person on the team can make an impact in one way or another. Every employee should be able to voice their thoughts, opinions, and concerns and feel valued in their contributions."
