Whether you have plans to pursue further education or not, give an honest answer that best reflects your career ambitions. What is most important is that you show a continued interest in growing within your professional field or industry. As Leonardo da Vinci said, "Learning never exhausts the mind." Your answer will also prepare your future employer logistically, as they may offer continued education opportunities or even tuition reimbursement.
