When have you shown great integrity at work?

"Recently, I caught one of our employees stealing. She had been with the company for five years and was going through a divorce. During her shift, I caught her stealing and took her off the floor. While closing down her register, she admitted to what she had done and offered to pay me 100 to not report what she had done. Knowing what she was going through in her personal life, I felt bad for her. We terminated her employment and included the bribe in my report."

Provide an example(s) that shows you have good character and will always make the right decision. Explain what that decision was difficult to make and why someone else would not have done what you had done.
