You want the hiring manager to know that you are the candidate that has the self-motivation to do your best every day, regardless of business levels. Provide examples that show you are hardworking and dependable.
"I would describe myself as hardworking. I realize that this position requires me to be on my feet the entire shift. Even when nothing out of the ordinary is happening, I keep a consistent routine so I don't miss a step during my shift. I do my best to set up for the next shift and help other co-workers when it doesn't interfere with my responsibilities."
