What programs have you performed as a loss prevention officer that reduced theft?

When answering this question, demonstrate that you have implemented programs to reduce company theft as much as possible. The job description will mention the programs the company wants its new loss prevention officer to develop.

"In my current role, I helped develop a secret shopper program. We suspected a long-term employee of stealing because his bank was always off, and his returns were missing the proper receipts. With the guidance of upper management, we developed an extensive shopper program, and one of the reports shed light on how the employee was stealing. The same program also showed us where we had opportunities to improve the customer experience on the quieter shifts."
