Be cognizant that it also allows them to gain some insight into what really motivates you and makes you tick on the job. As you answer, be open and honest with what you feel makes for a top-performing HR department and talk in detail about the little things that make a huge difference. If possible, try to envision how you can help make this utopian vision a reality with this organization.
