Before your interview, be sure to think of an example of a time when you proved your ability to communicate effectively, listen attentively, share ideas willingly, and offer words of encouragement to the staff that you mentor.

It is important to mentor my team to get them on board with my overall philosophies on training. To mentor my team, I would openly seek their input.
