"In my opinion, the best type of leader has a strong vision and a good understanding of the individual aspects of their company. In my previous job, my supervisor helped the company achieve goals by focusing on these two important factors. This manager was consistent in communicating the main goal of the organization to the team and excellent at assigning responsibility to specific individuals. When we worked on a team project, I found myself working hard to meet the company objectives, and I had a clear understanding of my specific contribution to this goal."

It's also important for a successful leader to have a clear understanding of the steps needed to solve various project, company, and morale problems. I think the best leaders are more successful when they are open-minded, accept feedback from other members of the team, and consider their input when developing solutions. Leaders should feel comfortable delegating jobs to other team members; this builds trust and camaraderie in the workplace.
