Tell me about your community involvement.

Law firm partners are in the business of bringing in new clients. If you are moving to another firm and would like to be on a partner track, the leadership will be interested in knowing how you plan to build your clientele. They may be interested in knowing more about your networking skills and evaluating how you spend your time outside of work assignments.

"The extracurricular activities I support are very close to my heart. I mentor young high school students to prepare them for job interviews. I also support the annual fundraiser for juvenile diabetes by attending the luncheon and silent auction. Since I did not grow up in Cityville, I make an effort to meet new people at area business networking events. I understand the importance of creating and maintaining a client base within our community, and I look forward to supporting the firm's efforts in that area."
