"I would say that I have a high level of customer service skills. I worked several retail jobs in high school and college, and I was a manager of a store before I graduated with my management degree. I was the point of escalation for customer related issues on a daily basis and I trained employees on customer service techniques. I am comfortable speaking with customers, gathering their requirements, hearing their concerns, being accountable for mistakes, and working to resolve problems."
