Advice and answer examples written specifically for an Art Director job interview.
4. Where do yourself in ten years?
How to Answer
The interviewer is interested in your long-term goals. Tell the interviewer about your career goals in the next ten years or so. Ensure to link your career goals to the company and role you are applying for to show the interviewer that you can be a long-term asset and that you are looking for stability. If you haven't set any, consider plans such as a promotion to a management position within the company or adding to your creative skill set by learning something new.
