How to Answer
While you should strive to stay current on developments in your creative field, you aren't expected to be familiar with every project or design. The interviewer would like to know how you would respond to a client if they inquired about something you weren't familiar with. In your response, show the interviewer that you will respond to your clients regardless of your familiarity.

"I'm constantly reading about the various projects and designs that are out there, but I know it is impossible to be familiar with everything. When a client asks about something I'm not familiar with, I'm honest with them and then look it up to learn more about it and provide any information they might be seeking."
