1st Answer Example
"I was working on putting together a video project for a new client. When I first reached out to him to discuss his vision, he seemed confused about what he wanted. So I presented him with an idea for the project, and he approved. After I submitted my final draft, he seemed unhappy and said that it was not what he had in mind. I went over our initial meeting notes and expectations. However, for the sake of saving our professional relationship, I told him that I would work on another idea and present it to him after a week. He seemed calmer and was ultimately happy with the end product. He even gave me a bonus for being patient!"

2nd Answer Example
"In my previous role as an Art Director, I had a client that was unhappy with the cost of services. I communicated the value and quality of the work he would receive compared to our competitors. In the end, they were happy that they didn't cut corners and paid for a higher quality service."
