Question 25 of 35

Have you ever had to fire anyone? How did you feel about that?

"Just a few months ago, while working on a blog, I had to fire one of my writers because I suspected him of plagiarism. When I confronted him, he denied the allegations but the software that I used to detect it was reliable, and I just had to go with the facts. I called him one afternoon and terminated him in grace - letting him know that he was terminated due to a violation of our company policy against plagiarism, but I wish him all the best. In our industry, it is always important to never burn bridges because you never know when you might need someone."
