"The best experience I've had was on the first of two flights home. The first flight had been delayed by over an hour, and my layover before the second flight was only an hour and a half. I was worried I'd miss my next flight, so I went to the gate crew to ask for a status update. They understood the difficult position I was in, and they bumped me up to a first-class seat so I'd be able to deboard the plane as quickly as possible. The pilots announced that they would do their best to safely make up as much time as possible in the air. As we approached the landing, the airline stewards kept us updated on our flight gates in the new airport and announced that anyone with a layover would deboard the plane first. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to all catch our connecting flights and experience as little stress on the flight as possible. The entire team worked together to do little things to make everything work out, and I will never forget it."

The best experience I had, was many years ago when my kids were little we were flying to Puerto Rico and my littles ones were very restless, one of the flight attendants on the flight took my little girl and carried her for a few minutes till she fall asleep, then came back with a chocolate chip cookie for my other child, her customer service went beyond what we would ever expect.

Kevin's Feedback
Excellent example! It certainly sounds like the flight attendant went beyond your expectations to ensure you and your children had a comfortable flying experience. Consider adding some more details about why this experience was so impactful for you that you are able to recall it all these years later. The more information you can provide, the more memorable your answer will be to the interviewer.
The best experience I had was many years ago. My two kids were little, and I was flying with them alone to Puerto Rico. My little ones were very restless. It was difficult keeping them still, and no parent wants to be that person in the place whose kids are out of control, though every parent ends up experiencing this, no doubt. One of the flight attendants saw I was at wits-end and came up and distracted my little girl and befriended her. She took my little girl to the cockpit and then carried her for a few minutes till she fall asleep. Then she came back with a chocolate chip cookie for my other child. I can’t tell you what a stress reliever this was for me. She could have ignored me, went on with her job, or been annoyed by us. But instead, she was kind and went above and beyond. Her customer service went beyond what I’d ever expect.
