In this role you will be required to handle customer transactions. On a scale of 1-10 how strong are your mathematical skills?

At Woolworths you may be responsible for ringing in hundreds of transactions per week and, depending on your role, you may also be required to take care of balancing tills and preparing the end-of-day deposits. Assure the interviewer that you are comfortable with the math associated with handling cash transactions, performing inventory counts, and closing out tills.

"I did very well in math during high school and am comfortable with the math skills required when it comes to accepting cash, balancing a cash float, and performing inventory-related tasks. I also took a couple of university-level calculus classes which may benefit me in this role as well."
