Why should we not hire you?

Focus on describing the attributes that make you a great employee and how they will benefit Waitrose if hired. Assure the interviewer there is no reason why they shouldn't hire you.

"There is no reason why you should not hire me. I meet and exceed your requirements and have the knowledge and experience you are looking for. I am energetic, dependable, honest, and have a strong work ethic. If you hire me for the position, you will not be disappointed in my performance."

"I understand that I come from one of your competitors, so I hope you can see why it would benefit Waitrose if you hired me. I know how to deliver amazing customer service, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have been the top cashier for the past six months in my current role. There is no reason why you should not hire me."
