I created a presentation and gave it to my manager, who took it to upper management. The changes were implemented, and the company saved 15,000 in the first month. I was very proud of the suggestion that I made, and that upper management and my manager had the confidence in me to make the change."

"The store where I currently work is a family-run shop where they operated based on trust and didn't have a loss prevention plan. We were having some problems with theft because of it.
