Regardless of any industry-related training you have had, you will need to complete training specific to VistaJet. Namely, cabin hostesses are required to complete an industry-leading service excellence training program. This program includes WSET, food safety, hygiene, advanced plating, service etiquette, crew resource management, first aid, and firefighting, to name just a few. Talk with the interviewer about related pieces of training you have done as a flight attendant, or if you are not applying for a flight attendant role, you could talk about other training you've done, such as safety training, sales, customer service, or technical training.
