As a Flight Attendant, you will be asked to work a wide range of hours and a lot of overtime. Are you able to accommodate the unpredictable schedule associated with being a Flight Attendant?

Working a shifting schedule is very common in the airline industry - more so for flight attendants. VistaJet is a private airline and has a smaller staff than a traditional airline, so this will be true of their company. Assess how you feel about the shifting schedule, overtime, and weekend requirements. Tell the interviewer you can work that schedule and are happy to accommodate.

"In my most recent position with Airline XYZ, I had an inconsistent schedule that required me to often be on call. I worked many weekends and holidays. That is part of the lifestyle of a Flight Attendant, and I completely understand. I'm happy to work any hours offered to me. I know VistaJet is private and will often require me to work a similar schedule. It is not a problem."

"I am available for a wide range of hours and overtime. I'm happy to do what is necessary for VistaJet and expect the shifting scheduling with the company being a private airline. I would be interested to know how far in advance the schedules come out so that if I need to make arrangements, I can do so."
