I have been working in customer service-based industry for 7 years. I started my first job as a kitchen helper and become a waiter. I was always appreciated for my hard work and with good customer service, I was able to become a supervisor of a high-end restaurant in New York. I have also worked in a retail shop and gas station where I had to deal with different types of customers. I have always used my best skill and knowledge to overcome the hardest situation, providing good customer service, taking opinions and needs from the customer and fulfilling them.
