What is your greatest strength?

Talk to the interviewer about a couple of your strengths and why those will help you to be successful in this role. Strengths can be skills or qualities that allow you to overcome difficult circumstances or accomplish challenging tasks. They can be hard skills, your work approach or systems and processes, or soft interpersonal skills, such as your positive attitude or communication skills. Share personal strengths that make you excel at your job. Your consistency in how you present yourself will indicate to the interviewer that you will be consistent in your work performance should they hire you.

"Again, I'd have to say I think my greatest strength is my can do attitude. The only thing we control is our attitude. So for me, the glass is always half full. When someone comes up with an idea, I'm the one who says, in order to achieve that goal, we'd have to overcome XYC. Where there is a will, there is a way. Luck is where you find it, and fortune favors the brave. So I am also super determined, resourceful, and optimistic. This has also led to me being an excellent resource, thanks to my approach. I've often found myself mentoring others on my approach. It's funny, but when you are known to be resourceful in the way I am, you inevitably end up being the resources others look to. Any chance to help the team the better my day is."
