Employees can make two types of improvement - kaizen, or small and incremental improvements, and innovation, or large or sweeping improvements. Provide the interviewer with an example of a time you offered suggestions for improvements, big or small, that benefited the workplace. Explain how you identified the opportunity, the process you took to implement it, and why it was important. Describe the impact it had on the business and your team.
