At first, I was confused, because I had been doing exactly what was communicated to me, but the time had changed and I realized I must have missed that announcement. I wasn't even aware that I was submitting it late each week. In response to that, I made sure to be diligent about reading the weekly announcements and emails sent out from management. I know how important communication is in making a business run smoothly."
