When you work in the education industry, it is important to understand the difference that a strong leader and mentor can make in the life of a student. Trusted adults can have a lot of influence on a student and it's important to understand your influence as an educator. Talk to the interviewer briefly about someone who may have helped you along the way and share that you wish to pay it forward.
